In keeping with Salmon Creek Farm’s ecological mission, the property includes a greenhouse, gardens, and a fruit orchard. Each autumn, the SCF community and neighbors gather to press their apples into a fresh batch of juice that then ferments and ages 3 to 4 years into this bright, fruity, and very sharp pantry essential.
